OvuSense Statement on COVID-19
Here at OvuSense, the Health and Safety of our users has always been and continues to be our top priority. For that reason, we wanted to take a moment to address and assure you that we are taking proper precautions amidst the spread of the Coronavirus, or COVID-19.
Firstly, OvuSense is a class II medical device governed by strict ISO and FDA guidelines. The OvuSense Sensor uses medical grade silicone tested to the highest ISO 10993 standards, and amongst other process related safety measures, it is manufactured and packaged in an ISO 14644 class 7 clean room environment. That means the OvuSense Sensor arrives with you in a hermetically sealed bag and has stayed entirely decontaminated on its journey to you from the point at which it's manufactured until you open it. Our fulfilment centers in the US and UK are working during this time to ensure all new orders are processed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We also need to respect the safety of our own employees and partners during this time, and without knowing what happens to the product once it reaches you there may be potential contamination issues. So until further notice we will be suspending all requests to return product to us in the case of refunds or replacements, with the exception of mandatory returns.
We are committed to making sure our users feel supported during this time. No matter your geographic location or isolation status, OvuSense will be there to help to monitor your cycle, and as always our support team is available 24/7.
