We are confident that OvuSense will confirm if you ARE ovulating, so if you use it for 90 days in a row and ovulation is not detected, we will offer you the option to switch to an alternate sensor, or a full refund to help you seek clinical advice and treatment if that's needed. This ovulation promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You need to have received no confirmation of ovulation from OvuSense in any of your cycles of use.
- You need to have used OvuSense for 90 days, not missed an overnight recording except during menstruation or spotting, and not had any obvious temperature rise which would have resulted in a confirmed ovulation if 1-2 nights weren't missed due to spotting.
- At the time of your claim you must be less than 42 years of age.
How to obtain a refund
- Click here and choose Guarantee from the drop down list in the 'Which choice below best describes your question?' field. To be eligible for a refund, you must ensure that your original order number is included in the support form.
- You must inform us that you want to take up the offer within 5 days of the end of your initial 90 day period of use. You cannot make a claim against the guarantee beyond this initial period.
- We reserve the right to check the data you've uploaded to the OvuSense cloud database during your use.
- Once we have confirmed your data complies with the guarantee, we will offer you the option of switching to an alternate sensor free of charge, or a refund the full price you have paid for the product up to the point of the claim, as shown on our systems, within 10 days to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase(s).
- You are not required to return your Starter Kit to us and may continue to use the Sensor for the remainder of its registered life. Any remaining subscription will be removed from your OvuSense account when the refund is issued. To continue downloading data to your OvuSense App, a new subscription must be purchased at www.ovusense.com/store
